IAMU Conference Overview
As a part of the Annual General Assembly (AGA), the International Association of Maritime Universities Conference (IAMUC) brings together academician and researchers of each member university from all over the world to discuss recent progress and future trends in maritime education, training, research, and other matters within the scope of the IAMU.
IAMUC 2024 is the 24th conference as a sequence of events that started in Istanbul in 2000 and were held more recently in Alexandria (2021), Batumi (2022) and Helsinki (2023). This year, the IAMUC will be held at Massachusetts Maritime Academy on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, USA on 9-11 October 2024. The theme of the IAMUC 2024 is “Protecting Our Mariners – Promoting Our Industry – Providing for the Future.”

Abstract Submission
- To submit an abstract, complete the following steps:
- Create an Easy Chair account (or) login using an existing account.
- Proceed to the submissions page for IAMUC 2024.
- Fill out the submission form (including author, title, keyword, abstract, and track information) and submit.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your submission.
Paper Submission
- To submit a full paper, complete the following steps:
- Complete your paper using the template provided in Authors Instructions.
- Create an Easy Chair account (or) login using an existing account.
- Proceed to the submissions page for IAMUC 2024.
- Fill out the submission form (including author, title, keyword, abstract, and track information) and submit.
- Note: This is a separate submission from your Abstract and will receive a separate number.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your submission.
